1️⃣ ORDERING & SHIPPING

Q: How do I place an order on thenesavu.com?
  1. Browse the collection.
  2. Pick a style → choose size.
  3. Add to cart → checkout → enter shipping details.
  4. Pay—and you’re done! We confirm by email or WhatsApp.
Q: Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes! Place the order, then ping us on WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll get it ready for pickup.

Q: How long does delivery take within India?
  • We dispatch in 1–3 working days.
  • Transit is 2–7 business days, depending on your pincode.
Q: Which couriers do you use?

Mostly DTDC and ST Courier. Remote area? We switch to India Post. Have a favourite courier? Tell us—we’ll try to oblige 🙂

Q: What are your domestic shipping charges?

₹70–₹400 (location + parcel weight). Orders above ₹5,000 ship free.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! Worldwide via DHL. Delivery lands in 3–10 business days; fees calculate automatically at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?

Totally. Tracking details hit your inbox/WhatsApp once we ship. You can also use the “Track My Order” page anytime.


2️⃣ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What’s your return & exchange policy?
  • Size exchanges or replacements accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, tags intact.
  • Customer arranges return shipping.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes—message us within 7 days. We’ll swap sizes of the same product if stock allows.

Q: How do refunds work?

Once we get the item and it passes QC, we trigger your refund. Processing: 7–15 working days, depending on your payment method.

Q: Where do I send a return?

Ship to the address on your invoice. Need help? Call +91 80989 91122.

Q: Do you accept returns on international orders?

Not right now—unless we shipped the wrong or damaged item.

  • Bonus: generous seam allowances in most garments for easy letting-out.
Q: Are your garments true to size?

Yes—regular/comfort fits based on Indian growth charts. Size up for a relaxed fit.

Q: Growth-friendly fits—how do they work?
  • Snug yet comfy cuts.
  • Size-up option.
  • Extra seams = outfit grows with your child ✂️✨
Q: Do you use pure silk?

We mostly work with semi-silk, Banarasi, or vegan silk blends, lined with cotton for breathability—keeping luxury feel and kid comfort in balance.

Q: How do I care for my Nesavu outfit?
  • Dry clean preferred.
  • If home-washing, hand-wash cold, mild detergent.
  • Air-dry in shade—no tumble dryers.
  • Iron low, inside-out.
    🚫 Returns aren’t accepted for garments damaged by improper washing.

5️⃣ GIFTING & PACKAGING

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Tick the “gift wrap” note at checkout or WhatsApp us right after. Nominal fee applies.

Q: Are gift cards available?

Digital gift cards coming soon! Meanwhile, our parcels already feel pretty gift-worthy 💛

Q: Can I get matching outfits for siblings?

We don’t have a dedicated section yet, but mix-and-match is easy. Choose one outfit, then hunt complementary colours/styles for the other child—or ask us for ideas!

We announce calls on Instagram and our site. Keep a clear, recent photo handy and stay tuned! Submit the form

Q: Can I resell Nesavu products or stock them in my store?

Q: Do you franchise?

Q: My package shows ‘delivered’ but I didn’t receive it. What now?

    📌 If the parcel is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, we can’t offer refunds or replacements—thanks for understanding.
Q: When will you reply to my email?

Do you offer same-day shipping for metro cities?
  1. Order before 1 PM IST
  2. Choose “Store Pickup / Same-Day” at checkout or WhatsApp us right after you pay
  3. You can book Swiggy Genie, Dunzo, Porter, or a local bike courier
  4. Your parcel reaches you in about 2-6 hours (courier fee shown in advance)

Will international customers pay import duties on delivery?

Maybe. Customs, VAT, or GST are decided by your country. DHL will call or text you if a fee is due at the door. We can’t pre-pay or predict those charges.

Can I add a personalised note with my gift-wrapped order?

Absolutely. Write your message (max 200 characters) in the Order Notes box at checkout. We’ll hand-write it on a Nesavu card and slip it inside the parcel.

Does Nesavu have a points or rewards club for repeat shoppers?

Not yet 🙂 We’re building Nesavu Rewards. Follow us on Instagram or WhatsApp and you’ll be first to know when points, birthday perks, and VIP previews drop.

If the outfit needs minor tweaks, can Nesavu alter it for me?

Yes, when the item is stocked at a fulfilment centre with tailoring. We handle small length or waist adjustments, extra hooks, minor fixes. Chat with customer care to confirm; if that centre can’t alter, we’ll guide you to a local tailor.

How soon after ordering can I collect from a Nesavu store?
  • In-stock at that store → Ready within 2 hours
  • Coming from another branch → We’ll text when it arrives (usually 1-2 days)
    Bring your order number to the counter and you’re good to go.

Can I place a bulk order for school events or dance troupes?

Yes! We love outfitting entire squads. Email hello@thenesavu.com or WhatsApp us with:

  • Quantity & sizes

We’ll craft a quick quote with bulk pricing and dispatch timelines.

Can I cancel or edit my order after payment?

You have a 3-hour grace period. After that our warehouse team usually packs and ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as quickly as possible.

How can I get notified when a sold-out size is back?

Click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, add your email (or opt for WhatsApp). The instant we restock, you’ll get a ping—no FOMO, no spam.

Do you sell matching outfits for sisters and brothers?
  1. Pick an outfit for one child.
  2. Browse for complementary styles or colours—our filters help!
  3. Unsure? WhatsApp us a photo of the first outfit and we’ll suggest perfect matches (for example, a green floral kurta pairs beautifully with a green-accent lehenga or cotton frock).
    Create your own festive twin moment; we’re here to help.
How can my child become a Nesavu brand rep or model?
  1. Fill out the Kids Model or Brand Rep form.
  2. Keep a recent, well-lit photo ready (no filters).
  3. We review all entries and contact selected profiles when a campaign opens.
    Tip: Follow our social channels so you never miss a call-out.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received?
  1. First, contact the courier with your tracking number.
  2. Still stuck? Email hello@thenesavu.com or call +91 80989 91122. We’ll escalate from our side.
    Important: If a parcel is lost or stolen after it shows “delivered,” we sadly can’t offer refunds or replacements. Thanks for understanding.
