We hope you and your little one love what you ordered! Every piece from The Nesavu is made with love, care, and attention to detail. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help—fairly and supportively.
📦 RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

You raise the return request within 7 days of delivery
🛑 We DO NOT accept returns for:

International orders

Products purchased during special sales (BOGO, flat-rate offers, clearance, etc.)

Accessories, customized items, or garments that have been altered

Orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer (though exchanges may still be possible—see below)
📸 If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for assessment.
🔁 SIZE & PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that finding the right size for babies and kids can be tricky. If the size isn’t right, we’re happy to offer a one-time free exchange for a different size in the same product, subject to availability.

✔️ No return shipping charge for exchanges

Exchange requests are handled based on stock availability and must meet return condition guidelines.
🚚 RETURN PROCESS
We currently do not offer reverse pickup.
Here’s how to return an item:

WhatsApp us at +91 80989 91122 with your Order ID and issue details -
We’ll respond with the return address and instructions

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your store credit or exchange accordingly
📦 Please ensure the return is securely packed to avoid any transit damage.
💳 REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
We primarily offer store credit for approved returns, which you can use for any future purchase on our website.
💡 It’s fast, convenient, and lets you reorder whenever you’re ready!
If you’d prefer a monetary refund, just let us know—we’ll accommodate your request after return approval.

Processing time: 5–7 business days after the item passes quality check

We’ll take full responsibility—covering return shipping and ensuring a prompt replacement or full refund. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll fix it without fuss.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand—sometimes you change your mind.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.

📦 If the order is already processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it—but we’re happy to guide you through our return process after delivery, if eligible.
🛍️ Note: Orders placed during special sale events (like BOGO, flat-rate sale, or festival discounts) are not eligible for cancellation or change, as they are processed on priority
